3. User Accounts

Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use AHK.AI
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You must not impersonate others or provide false information

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass other users
• Compromise platform security

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

For Clients

• Provide clear, accurate project requirements
• Respond promptly to consultant and expert communications
• Make timely payments for completed milestones
• Treat experts professionally and respectfully
• Provide necessary access and information for project completion

For Experts

• Maintain accurate profile and portfolio information
• Deliver work on time and to agreed specifications
• Communicate proactively about project status
• Follow best practices and industry standards
• Respect client confidentiality and intellectual property

5. Project Agreements

Scope & Deliverables

Each project must have a clearly defined scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms agreed upon by all parties before work begins.

Modifications

Changes to project scope must be agreed upon by client, expert, and consultant. Scope changes may affect timeline and pricing.

Acceptance

Deliverables must be reviewed and accepted within the agreed timeframe. Silence is not acceptance.

6. Payments & Fees

Service Fees

• Client Fee: No upfront fees; included in quoted prices
• Expert Fee: 15% service fee on completed projects
• Payment Processing: Standard payment processing fees apply

Payment Terms

• Payments are held in escrow until milestones are completed
• Milestone payments are released upon client approval
• Experts are paid within 5 business days of approval
• Refunds follow our Guarantee Policy

Prohibited Transactions

Users may not circumvent the platform to avoid service fees. All project-related payments must go through AHK.AI.

7. Quality Guarantee

We provide a comprehensive guarantee covering:

• Quality: Work meets agreed specifications
• Timeliness: Delivery by agreed deadlines
• Support: Post-delivery assistance as specified

8. Intellectual Property

Client IP

Unless otherwise agreed, clients own all intellectual property rights to deliverables upon full payment.

Expert IP

Experts retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Specific deliverables transfer to client.

Platform IP

AHK.AI retains all rights to the platform, branding, and proprietary systems. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.

9. Confidentiality

All parties agree to:

• Keep project details and communications confidential
• Not disclose sensitive business information
• Use confidential information only for project purposes
• Sign NDAs when requested by clients

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Scrape or collect user data
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Circumvent security measures

11. Dispute Resolution

Mediation

Disputes between clients and experts are first mediated by our consultant team at no charge.

Arbitration

If mediation fails, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHK.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Expert misconduct or work quality issues beyond our control
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

13. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from expert work
• Compatibility with all systems
• Success of any particular project

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AHK.AI from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your project requirements or deliverables

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification (at least 30 days advance notice)
• Prominent platform notice
• Updated "Last Updated" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
