Do you use Zapier or custom code?

For enterprise clients, we prefer robust middleware like n8n (self-hosted) or custom Python on AWS Lambda. Tools like Zapier are great for prototypes but often fail at scale / cost too much for high-volume synchronization.

Can you handle bi-directional sync?

Yes. This is the hardest part of RevOps. We implement 'Source of Truth' logic and conflict resolution to ensure that if a record changes in both systems, the correct update wins without creating loops.

What happens if an API fails?

We build 'Dead Letter Queues' (DLQ). Failed syncs aren't lost; they are caught, logged, and queued for retry. If they fail repeatedly, our team is alerted to investigate the API-level issue.

Is my CRM data safe?

We use OAuth authentication and never store your data persistently in our middleware unless requested for caching. We pass data through encrypted tunnels. We are happy to sign NDAs and DPAs.
