Order issues finally tracked
We had refunds and “where’s my order” cases living in endless email threads. AHK.AI audited our M365 tenant, tightened connector permissions, and built Power Automate flows that sync Shopify CSV exports into SharePoint lists and notify Teams channels with structured case data. The approval step for high-value refunds is clean, with clear escalation rules. The error logging and telemetry made it easy to spot a broken API key before it impacted customers. The documentation was surprisingly thorough.
